Gifted licenses

If your license was issued to you directly rather than through a purchase — a comped account, an early-access invite, or a manual grant — it works exactly like a paid one. Same tier, same add-ons, same activation steps in Activating your license.

What's different

The only practical difference is billing: a gifted license has no subscription or recurring charge attached to it, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing that will ever bill you. If it was issued with setup support hours, those work the same way a purchased plan's would.

Questions about your gift

If you're not sure what tier you were given or whether it includes setup support, check your Account page — it shows your current tier and enabled add-ons regardless of how the license was issued. Anything else, just reach out.
