Plans and support hours
There are three tiers — Starter, Pro, and Studio — each available Monthly, Annual, or as a One-time purchase. The tier decides what the agent can do; the billing option decides how much human support comes with it.
Tiers
- Starter — the core agent, self-serve. No setup call included at any billing option; these docs are your main resource.
- Pro — everything in Starter, plus a 1-hour setup call regardless of billing option.
- Studio — everything in Pro, plus ongoing monthly engineer support hours on Monthly or Annual billing.
Monthly vs. Annual vs. One-time
Monthly and Annual are subscriptions with ongoing updates and support baked in — Annual is priced at roughly two months free compared to paying monthly. One-time is a single payment for the software with 12 months of updates included, but no ongoing monthly support — on Pro or Studio, a one-time purchase still includes the 1-hour setup call, it just doesn't renew into monthly hours the way a subscription does.

Booking your setup call
If your plan includes setup hours, a booking link is included in your purchase confirmation email. Setup calls are done over video with screen sharing — have the agent downloaded and your license key handy before you book, so the call goes toward actually getting you running rather than waiting on a download.
